Get the app
Coming soon to Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iPhone). Download links will be added here as soon as it is available.
🔑
Sign in
Use the same email (or username) and password as on this website. No separate account is needed: your courses, progress and certificates are the same in the app and on the website.
You stay signed in until you choose Profile → Sign out. The app warns you first if offline progress hasn’t synced yet.

The app has four tabs at the bottom of the screen.

🎬 Lessons, topics and videos
Open a course and tap Start Course or Continue to go to your next unfinished step.
- Use Mark Complete to finish a lesson or topic, and Previous / Next to move through the course.
- Some courses must be taken in order. A locked lesson says what to complete first, or the date it becomes available.
- Some lessons ask you to watch the whole video or stay on the page for a set time before you can mark them complete.
- Videos remember where you stopped and continue from there next time; tap Start over to watch from the beginning. You can also change the playback speed and watch full screen.
- Course Materials and lesson materials (PDFs and other files) open inside the app.
- Pull down on a course or lesson page to refresh it.
Download courses for offline learning
On a course page, tap Download Course. Before it starts, the app shows what will be saved to your phone, which parts still need an internet connection and the estimated size. Downloads keep going if you leave the app.

A lesson that requires its interactive module to be finished can’t be completed offline. If a downloaded course changes on the website, it shows Updated on the site: tap Update while online (your current copy stays until then), or Delete to free up space. Course access dates and rules still apply offline.
Offline progress and syncing
You don’t need to do anything: your offline progress reaches your account by itself.
Learn offline
Mark lessons complete without internet. Progress is saved on your phone.
Get back online
Progress is sent to your account automatically, even if the app is closed (Android).
Synced
You’ll see a Progress synced notification naming the course.
If the website can’t accept a completion (for example your access had ended or your progress was reset), it’s listed under Downloads → More → Sync issues with the reason.

Manage them in Profile → Notifications.

Daily learning reminder
A reminder every day at a time you choose, even without internet. If your phone asks, allow Alarms & reminders so it arrives on time.

Course updates
New lessons in your courses, assignments waiting to be uploaded, synced progress and courses you’re close to finishing. Tap one to open the course.
Battery Saver and similar phone settings can delay notifications and background syncing.
Assignments, quizzes and more

Assignments
Tap Upload assignment and pick a file. Tap ⓘ next to “Assignment” for allowed file types, size limit, uploads and how it’s approved. Needs internet.

Quizzes & certificates
Quizzes are taken online and show attempts left if retakes are limited. Finished a course? Download or Share your certificate from the course page.

Free courses
In Explore, find Free courses you can join, open one and tap Enroll for free. It appears in your courses straight away.

I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Check that you can sign in on this website with the same email (or username) and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it on the website, then sign in to the app with the new one.
A course download failed. How do I fix it?
Make sure you’re online, then open Downloads and tap Retry on the course. Your lesson text stays available offline meanwhile.
Why does a lesson say it needs an internet connection?
It contains something that can’t be saved on your phone: a YouTube or Vimeo video, embedded content, an interactive module (SCORM) or a quiz. Connect to the internet to continue that lesson.
Why is my progress or a notification late?
Battery Saver and similar phone settings can delay background syncing and notifications. Opening the app syncs your progress straight away.
I can’t see a change made on the website. Why?
Pull down on the course or lesson page to refresh it. The app also refreshes when you come back to it.
Why is a course or lesson locked?
The app shows the reason: an earlier lesson or course to complete first, a date when it opens, or course access that has ended.
Will my offline progress be lost if I close the app?
No. It’s saved on your phone and sent to your account automatically when you’re back online.
How do I free up space on my phone?
Open Downloads and tap Delete on courses you no longer need offline. You can download them again any time.
